Naturally when you have been dating for a while, your significant other (i.e. the female in the relationship in my case) will always want to see how "compatible" you are. This is a fact of life and, let's face it girls - you are dying to know from an official source of just how compatible you are from the moment you meet.

So you start looking up romance compatibility tests. You ask him what his sign is, what year he is born in, and any other relevant information for your investigation. Then you proceed to these romance compatibility tests and start crunching the numbers. But how reliable is his information? Can you really base your compatibility on these facts and figures? What are you getting yourself into?

The truth is that some of these romance compatibility tests are actually pretty interesting. Astrology, in my opinion, is faulty when it tries to predict the future - but has shown high correlation when it comes to just describing the present, i.e. your personality. Many times in my interpersonal relationships I have noticed that my compatibility with both friends and lovers has matched that of what the romance compatibility tests would have said.

What it is we don't know, but there is definitely something to those tests!
